Return or exchange an item
If your purchase is damaged, simply return the item or items to us in their
original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full
refund on receipt, or exchange the item for the same item and price. Please
note, the original postage charge will not be refunded. Some products are
non-returnable for hygiene reasons. The item is your responsibility until
it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel
using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered,
please
Pirates Cove quoting your order number, your name and address, reply e-mail
address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether
you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how
to proceed with the return.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will
be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount
level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure
that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave
a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any
item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
**Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray
or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box
or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
Inside your order you'll find a packing slip, which is your
printed receipt. Keep this information in case you need to make a return or
exchange. Only SAME style exchanges are possible and requests are always subject
to availability.
Detailed instructions for returning an item via parcel
service:
1. Retrieve the packing list that came with your order.
2. On the back of the packing slip or a copy of the packing
slip, note the reason for the return: doesn't fit; flawed; damaged during
shipping; wrong item shipped.
3. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package
if possible) and include the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip. Packages
must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend
the use of an insured parcel service, such as UPS.
4. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used
for the original purchase.
5. If you do not have your original packing list, please provide
details for returning the product: flawed; damaged during shipping; wrong
item shipped. Also, please provide the original order number, purchaser name,
address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that you must include a return
address on any package sent to our consumer warehouse. For the safety of our
employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of
the package will be destroyed and PiratesCoveOnline.com will not replace the
contents of the package.
